I’m one who needs a good challenge. Being competitive and competing in sports most of my life, I’m driven by the challenge of reaching a goal(s).
Today marks the start of F45’s (my gym) 45 day challenge and it’s just in time to help me reach several goals before the holidays.
Sharing this publicly is accountability for me because left to myself without it, I get distracted and won’t be consistent. So here’s to being accountable to myself, my coaches and those who are following along. I’ll share what my goals are as well.
Along the way I will journal privately, but on the last day I’ll blog again about the experience this time around.
I look forward to the progress I’ll make physically, mentally, and spiritually in the next few weeks.

Challenge Goals:
-Lose 10lbs
-Drink 72 ounces of water daily
-No sweets/sugar during the challenge
-Read 3•5 chapters a day
-Journal everyday
-No social media
-10k steps minimum a day
-Walk after each meal
-Reach 250 classes (during the challenge)
